The Service your facility provides to the elderly members of the Southtowns is invaluable. You and your staff give your clients the best care imaginable. It was a joy to take Mom to a place where the caring and dedicated staff would see to her needs, ensure her involvement in the many activities the Day Care Center offered, make sure she had a good and nutritious breakfast and lunch, and stimulate her mind.
Mom told us she felt like a VIP because she was greeted every morning with a cup of coffee as she arrived. Mom loved showing us the latest craft she made at HADS. She was always creative and loved decorating so these were naturally happy activities for her.
We know Mom was difficult at times, and we appreciate the tremendous patience you exhibited with her.
Mom's participation at HADS was also a welcome respite for our Dad who took care of her at home rather than place her in a nursing facility.
As people live longer and invariably need increasingly attentive and responsible care, we are grateful for programs like HADS to help us love and care for our elderly loved ones while still working and supporting our own families.
